1. What the Service Is

The Service produces AI-authored readings that combine Western natal-chart calculation with I Ching hexagram generation, delivered as text and as a PDF.

The Service is offered for entertainment, curiosity, and self-reflection. It does not predict the future, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and does not provide professional advice of any kind.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement, and we record that confirmation on your account.

We may suspend or close accounts where we have reason to believe this requirement is not met.

3. No Professional Advice

Nothing in a reading is medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and nothing in it creates a professional or fiduciary relationship of any kind.

Always consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here. Never disregard professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read on this Service.

4. AI-Generated Content

Readings are generated by large language models from the birth details you supply. Output is probabilistic and may be incomplete, inaccurate, internally inconsistent, or similar to output produced for other users with similar inputs.

Except where our automated safety checks flag a reading for human review, readings are not reviewed by a person before delivery. Astrological and I Ching interpretation has no established scientific predictive validity.

5. Your Responsibility for Decisions

You are solely responsible for any decision you make. Do not rely on a reading for decisions with material consequences, including decisions about health, legal rights, finances, employment, immigration, or relationships.

6. Emergencies and Crisis Situations

The Service is not a crisis, counselling, or emergency service, and we do not monitor user content in real time.

If you are in danger or in crisis, contact your local emergency number immediately. In the United States you can call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911. In the United Kingdom you can call 116 123 (Samaritans).

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid access is offered as a recurring subscription, billed in advance through our payment processor. Prices, currency, and billing interval are shown at checkout before you confirm.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself entitle you to a refund.

Where a refund is required by applicable law, or by the rules of our payment processor, we will refund the amount concerned to the original payment method.

8. Free Previews and Usage Limits

Without an active subscription you may generate a limited number of readings within a rolling 24-hour window. Such readings are delivered as a short preview; the full text requires an active subscription.

If you subscribe, readings you generated earlier become readable in full for as long as your subscription remains active, and stop being readable in full once it ends.

Preview length and usage limits may change from time to time. Changes apply to future requests and do not alter content already delivered.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; scrape, resell, or redistribute it; attempt to extract prompts or model internals; generate readings in bulk by automated means; circumvent preview or usage limits; or submit another person's personal data without their consent.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, and its prompts belong to Mystic Astrology. Readings generated for you are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell or commercially redistribute them.

11. Availability, Changes, and Termination

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, and may close your account if you breach these Terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any reading will be accurate or useful to you.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. [Draft — the governing jurisdiction is to be confirmed by counsel.]

15. Changes to These Terms

The version you accepted at sign-up is recorded on your account together with the time of acceptance.
